My pricing is simple and upfront. I charge hourly with no hidden fees, and I always explain everything before we start the job. Travel fees may apply for long-distance jobs, and junk removal pricing depends on load size. I work with every customer’s budget and make sure you know exactly what you’re paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions so I understand the job clearly. From there, I give you a straight-forward estimate, confirm the date and time, and show up prepared with the right crew and tools. Communication stays open the whole way so you always know what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in moving, furniture delivery, assembly, and junk removal, plus years of physical labor and customer service work. I’ve trained alongside experienced movers and have completed safety and handling practices to ensure your items are moved the right way.
