- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand the client’s goals and inspect the space. Then we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect all areas, complete the work with professional standards, and finish with a final walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was part of Leroy Merlin in Europe, one of the largest home improvement companies, where I received professional training and continuous courses in decorative, residential, and commercial painting. This background gave me strong technical knowledge, product expertise, and high-quality standards.
