FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are usually flat per project, based on the type and complexity of the job, so customers know the total before I start. If there are extras, like hauling away old furniture or unexpected repairs, I always discuss the cost first. For bigger jobs or multiple items in one visit, I can often offer a better combined rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask for photos and a short description of the project to give a clear estimate. Then we agree on price and time, I arrive with my own tools, do the work, double-check alignment and stability, and leave the space clean, with all trash and boxes removed if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is hands-on: several years on construction sites and kitchen installs in Europe, plus experience with cabinet and furniture installation in the U.S. I’ve worked with a wide range of tools and materials, from basic drywall and wood to lacquered and engineered panels.
