Turan and crew showed up and got right to work. They were professional and kept a good pace the entire time. I really appreciated how respectful they were with me and my family and they took great care of our things. I definitely recommend Atlantic Group Moving and would use them again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Local Moves(within 80 miles of pick up) are charged by the hour. The hourly fee varies based on the number of crew members requested.
Long distance moves (more than 80 miles from the pick up) are charged by weight or space, depending on type of move.
Price for the move includes loading, unloading, disassembly, reassembly and protective pad wrapping.
Discounts are offered for AAA, Military, Seniors and Teachers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Acknowledge great opportunity given to us
-Provide with an estimate for the move
-Confirm the dates
-Upon arrival introduce the team and confirm the inventory
-Wrap and disassemble the furniture
-Load into the truck
-Deliver and unload
-Reassemble and place the furniture according to client’s preference
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-We have over 1,000 satisfied clients in over 3 years of continuous work in the moving industry. Every worker undergoes thorough training to become versed in packing, loading, disassembly and reassembly, as well as stacking.
