Step 3 — Confirmation & Coordination: We handle all logistics — from booking elevator reservations to coordinating COI certificates for your building — so you don't have to. Step 4 — Move Day Excellence: Our trained team arrives on time, handles your belongings with the highest care, and communicates with you in real time throughout the day. Step 5 — Follow-Up: We check in after the move to make sure everything exceeded your expectations. If anything needs attention, we handle it immediately — no excuses.
