- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is per project (flat-fee). Prices are negotiable. I try to price fairly, and take into account my time, the output, and your needs. I can offer discounts depending upon your needs and timeline.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation followed by a proposal. Once proposal is accepted, and a deposit is received, work can begin. Final payment is due once work is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 14 years of experience working in-house and at digital agencies doing SEO, content marketing, technical SEO, and data analytics.
