I recently had an experience with 5 Star Pest Control that I feel compelled to write a review. Initially, everything seemed professional, starting with a consultation with Idania and a visit from the technician. However, things quickly went downhill. A few days after paying for the service, I started noticing mice in my home. When I contacted them to address the issue, I was simply told, ‘I’ll come between visits.’ I was then gaslit and told there were no droppings to indicate mice. Yet, the next day, droppings were everywhere. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out via calls, texts, and emails, I received NO response. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with a service that initially seemed so promising.
