Frank Nunez and his team at Floridian Public Adjusters are hands down the best in the business! My wife and i felt like we was facing a brick wall trying to get our claim resolved and then i found Frank and the rest was a piece of cake! We live in East Tn and are first time homeowners and didnt know how to go about a damage claim on our home. After being denied i reached out to Frank and he handled everything from there. Omg my adjuster really really did the darn thing!!! I had giving up on my home owner insurance person because it was just way to much for me BUT MR FRANKLIN DID NOT REST UNTIL HE WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH MY CASE AND IM SUPER SUPER HAPPY WITH ALL HE HAS DONE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY!!!Just want to say thank you Mr. Franklin from the bottom of my heart!

Ben Brown (Field Adjuster) and Esther Hernandez (Billing Specialist) were my angels of mercy. Progressive Ins. wanted to give me an unacceptably small amount on my claim. Ben and Esther at Blueprint Claims said they would be glad to negotiate with Progressive on my behalf for a better reimbursement for damages. DID THEY EVER!!!!! They were able to get FOUR times the amount that Progressive originally offered me. The fee for their services was extremely moderate and now my damage is corrected and I'm left with a checking account that's never been so healthy!!! Thanks Ben, thanks Esther....there's no way I can thank you enough.

When you call us, we start with a free consultation. After that, one of our public adjusters will schedule an inspection of the damage to your home or business.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our adjusters are licensed public adjusters. Our team members go on to receive additional certifications such as the SPPA (Senior Professional Public Adjuster) certification. We also have a licensed contractor with a degree in architecture who specializes in structural damages and larger losses.
