- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 2 options. A flat rate and hourly. for a flat rate we will need all the details as inventory, access, number of rooms and distance. hourly rate will be based on the size of the crew , we have a minimum of 3 hours labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we work together with the customer, making a plan and schedule over the phone. we focus in the need and priority of our customer. Also we explain the process and all the factor to achieve a successful move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our professional movers go through an extensive training process in which they learn how to get the job done efficient, quickly and safe. Our staff undergoes a background check and a thorough interview process.
