- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge hourly with 2 Hours minimum for labor + travel time. We offer flat prices for small moves ( deliveries, inside moves, One piece moves etc.) 2 movers and 1 truck - $75/hr 3 movers and 1 truck - $105/hr 4 movers and 1 truck - $140/hr This hourly rate includes: * mileage * gas (no fuel surcharge) * moving blankets * all your furniture wrapped in moving pads * furniture disassembling and reassembling at no charge * dollies * basic insurance * no extra charge for stairs * no extra charge for extra pick-ups/ drop offs * taxes are already included Time starts when our moving team arrives to the loading place and ends when they finish unloading the truck. Additionally we charge for the travel time from our office to your loading place and from your unloading place and back to our office back There is a 2 hour + travel time minimum charge. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally require following to set up the move: Here's what we would need from you to reserve the move: 1) Your full legal name 2) Exact pick-up and delivery address 3) Desired pick-up and delivery dates 4) List of items to be moved 5) Best contact phone number and email address 6) Deposit of $100.00 to secure the reservation Remaining balance is due only upon the completion of the job.

We hire experienced movers with at least 2 years of working in moving business. we constantly train them with new approaches and techniques.
