- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This starts with extensive training which is complimented with the moving and packing knowledge we’ve acquired over more than 4 years of working in the moving industry and Delivery industry Our moving teams are trained to pad and stretch wrap all of your belongings to ensure they’re safe and secure during the move. They’re also trained on how to properly navigate furniture in various scenarios, from tight staircases and corners to steep driveways. Our expertly trained and professional movers will ensure your items are transported efficiently and arrive to your new home in the same condition they left your old home.
