After taking down paid ment. They damage piano and walk away from job . Also when I call amy concerning issue . She stated it was my problem and cut my call off

This is NOT true AT ALL. First of all, you LIED and told us that this was a "baby grand" piano. There is proof of this in your thumbtack request with us. When your authorized representative at the pick-up location was EXTREMELY disrespectful with my men and with me, I let you know that we would not complete the job for you. You did not pay a penny for ANY inconvenience that you caused our company. Your outstanding balance with us is $420.00 which is our minimum. The deposit was not charged to you. Please get your facts in order before leaving a review. It is not right to make things up or slander someone. I never said "it was your problem and to cut the call off". You did not allow me to get a word in. You proceeded to be rude and say that you were calling your attorney. You took no responsibility for LYING and telling us the piano was a smaller piano. We were unprepared for the move as a true grand piano needs 4 men. You stated in your thumbtack request that this was a baby grand. You failed to mention this. You were not prepared and caused us to be unprepared. When offering to resolve the issue, YOUR authorized representative at the pick-up location was extremely rude and uninterested. Again, this has NOTHING to do with our company. We said we would show up with 3 men on Thursday 6/23/16 to pick up a BABY GRAND piano at 9:00am. We went to the address provided and attempted to do just that. Our inability to complete the job was due to your error of misinformation and NOT our company. It is unethical to leave FALSE reviews on someones page. The facts of this can CLEARLY be proved in the thumbtack request that you made. I will not allow my men to be mistreated or disrespected by any customer without reason. Upon me trying to control the situation, both you and your authorized representative were disrespectful. I then let you know I would refund your deposit and we were not interested in working with you at all. I will not allow this kind of behavior towards our company. It was unwarranted.     Be realistic when shopping for a mover. If a mover quotes a much lower price, you should know that it's wrong. Get 3 estimates before making a choice for your mover.
