FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fully transparent and based on the services you advise — no hidden fees, no last-minute surprises. We provide clear explanations for labor time, travel time, packing materials, and any specialty services so you can make an informed decision. Discounts are available for larger jobs, military/police/fire, and repeat clients. Our goal is simple: premium service at a fair, honest price with zero guesswork.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make your move organized, stress-free, and fully protected from start to finish. Initial Call or Message – We ask a few quick questions about your move, your inventory, building requirements, and any special items. Clear, Upfront Quote – We provide a transparent estimate based on your needs, with no hidden fees. Scheduling & Coordination – We confirm your preferred date, arrival window, parking instructions, and any building rules such as COI or elevator reservations. Move Day Arrival – Our Relocation Specialists arrive on time, walk through the home with you, and create a plan for safe and efficient execution. Protection & Packing – We protect floors, doors, and furniture, then pack/wrap items using professional-grade materials. Load, Transport & Delivery – Everything is moved carefully, placed in the correct rooms, and reassembled as needed. Final Walkthrough – We ensure everything is exactly where you want it and that you’re 100% satisfied before we consider the job complete. Our goal is simple: a smooth, organized, damage-free experience from beginning to end.
