Andrea is absolutely amazing! I actually decided to write a review while I was just getting started in my program. Well, I am actually on my fourth week. I am loving every minute of this program. Andrea is extremely knowledgeable in so many areas of wellness! I truly enjoy the fact that she understands everyone is different and, even in a group setting, will focus on each person's individual need. The information and support I obtain is information that I will use for the rest my of life. I have learned how food, feeling, and the spiritual side all have to align properly to sustain positive outcomes. In 2 months I am not only down 10 pounds, but have my energy back (without caffeine), and my body functioning as it should again. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates depend on the client's issues. I offer a VIP 1:1 coaching program and group coaching. I have a membership program, personalized lifestyle & meal plans and a 21 day cleanse. My offer is highly individualized. During our first consultation, we will discuss the best way forward.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask my clients prior to our session to fill in a detailed intake form asking about their issues and also going a deeper on a holistic level to help identify the root causes of their issues. I then have a first session where I find out more about the past and current heath issues and about blockages and motivation to form an outline which works for the client. All my sessions are highly individualized.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master certified master transformational nutrition coach (MCTNC), a digestive& hormonal health expert and weight loss/emotional eating specialist, I have specialisations in diabetes, autoimmune diseases and cancer, am a functional nutrition practitioner and a certified corporate wellness coach (CCWC).
