Zely's Cupcakes was incredible to work with-- from start to finish. Zelder was extremely flexible and professional throughout the process. I initially hired Zely's Cupcakes to not only make the cupcakes and party favors for my son's birthday party, but to also rent linens and decor for the venue. We had to change our entire plan because of Hurricane Irma and Zelder came through with incredible recommendations on cupcakes and party favors. Her cupcakes are to die for-- truly delicious-- our guests even mentioned the cupcakes a few days after the party (which is always a great sign). Additionally the party favors she prepared for our party were incredible. Literally custom made by hand. I will definitely be hiring Zely's Cupcakes again in the future, not only because of the impeccable quality of Zelder's work and her commitment to excellence, but also because I believe in supporting small local businesses (particularly woman-owned). You will not regret hiring Zely's Cupcakes for your next event.

Zelys cupcake service is not only a service for cupcake, but also a friendly event planning organization. For my aunts wedding, Zely's service is what she needed. My aunt wanted certain things done, and she turned my aunts dream into a reality! Even within her budget, zely was very creative, efficient, and patient with an excellent service. She listened to everything that was said and needed, and was also very effective in everything to set up the wedding. Zely was also easy to contact, she responded to every email quickly with no delay and phone calls. She worked with us in a timely and organizing manner. Which in my aunt case was very helpful being that Zely's Services was helping from another state. Due to the fact that my aunt wanted her wedding to be in St.Thomas Virgin Islands, and Zely's was located in Miami. She still was able help my aunt even though she was miles away they planed ahead of time throughout emails and calls. Couple days before the wedding Zely's services flew in and help my aunt set up. Which eased her mind off different things that She was already worried about at the time. On my auntie wedding day, I couldn't believe how beautiful the decorations were. The wedding literally took my breath away. Zely's is very honest, creative, patient and fun! Zely's Services was such a joy to work with. My Aunt and I would like to say Thank you Zely's Service!!! You made my auntie big day so special and we truly appreciate it!
