- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to bring a 4 course Global Experience to your taste both. However, a 3 course dinner could be discussed for a lessen fee. We are having different promotions every month. Go to our website for more details
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the intro has been made through this platform, we would jump in a call and discover your thoughts for your desire event. Then we will write you a Menu Proposal and an invoice. If agreed, 25%-50% is solicited to book your date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 40+ of experience all combined with strengths in multiple types of cuisine. The team is led by Javier, a hospitality industry expert with a, A.A. in Culinary arts from Le Cordon Bleu in 2008 and B.A. in Hospitality and Tourism in 2017. He has worked in pretty much all aspects of the industry; catering, restaurants, hotels, night clubs, tour operator, travel association. With over 20 visited, Javier's goal is to bring Global flavors and traditions to your dinner table.
