I have cooked all over the world and in many different style kitchen . I have been blessed to travel all over the world while I served in the US NAVY and have learned to cook so many different cuisine. Have had the pleasure to cook for President, Ambassadors, and Dignitaries along with the Captain and Admiral of my ship. I put my Heart and Soul in every dish I make. I pick only the most fresh seasonal and best ingredients available. My team and I always go above and beyond for the client to make there time unforgettable and look forward to keeping in touch and seeing them again many times. Most of all like I always say THE SECRET INGREDIENT IS LOVE! !!!!!!
I love what u can do with food.It is wonderful. I love to see the look on people's face when they see a beautiful plate of food and then eat it and u can see the smile. It's always good to see my clients happy best part of the job seeing the smile on there face

I had an Anniversary surprise dinner and Chef Danny Wells made the night and the experience a complete dream night. Let me start by saying that he even agree to come earlier that day to get familiar with the kitchen and to plan the whole surprise. He prepared an amazing personalized menu just for us. He printed a customized menu with our names and all the entrees and dessert it was a classic touch. And he even went the big big extra mile by helping me set everything up before we got there from moving the tables, chairs, lighting candles I mean without his help nothing would of happen. And ofcourse the food wich is the most important part. Amazing taste, beautiful plating, such a professional serving and explaining each dish and to go over board he made from scratch right there in out kitchen "Basil Icecream" wich was exquisite. Thank you so much chef I definitely recommend his skills and we will have you again more often. Thank you for become part of our family. Thank you chef.

Chef Dan and his staff were nothing short of amazing! I enlisted his services to surprise my fiancé, and her guests, with a catered dinner at her Bachelorette Getaway Weekend. From the planing stages to execution Dan was helpful, professional, and immensely accommodating. He tailored an exquisite menu to my finance's eclectic palate, and followed through with exceptional execution, creating dishes that tasted even better than they sounded. Moreover Chef Dan accompanied his masterful cuisine with lovely keepsakes. He provided each guest with a beautiful take-home menu and custom wine tumblers. I received a barrage of texts raving about how wonderful the catered meal and chefs were, throughout the duration of the event, from all eight guests. When all was said and done, my fiancé expressed that the surprise dinner was her favorite part of the entire weekend. I can't recommend Chef Dan enough. Any event you book him for will be well worth the expense, which was extremely reasonable considering the amazing five star experience Chef Dan provided.

I hired Dan for a small wedding at our house and I am so happy I did.Had a couple of options but Dan was to most communicative chef form the beginning on, he answered all my questions within minutes.
When it came to his menu ideas I was super impressed,it was an all "white" theme wedding, so the menu had to all "white" as well. Not an easy task....
All I can say is that everything was amazing and outstanding....Dan is amazing, fun and easy to work with, the food was outstanding, his service perfect. I had really nothing else to do except of enjoying.Dan even came up with some wonderful ideas for decoration to surprise all of us. All I can say is WOW!!!
When he left, my kitchen was spotless after a 4 course menu....unreal :-)
Thanks again Dan for an outstanding job, you made Friday 13th and the wedding even more special as it already was.Will work for sure with you again the next time.

Chef Dan is amazing. I spoke to him at length about how I wanted to plan the bachelorette festivities for my friend months in advance. Not only was he very quick to respond, he was friendly and super knowledgeable. He put together a menu based on my specifications and showed on on the first day with a bright smile and a fantastic personality. Even though the kitchen in our rental unit was less than fantastic, he still stuck to the menu and made sure we had a wonderful experience. He was super prepared! And on top of all of that? The food was amazing. Everything was phenomenal. In addition to preparing great food, Chef Dan fully interacted with our group and fit right in! He played music while he cooked and went a step above his duties by making cute menus for our bachelorette dinner. Chef Dan did a wonderful job and I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a great private chef. Thanks Chef Dan!

Chef Danny is the best! We were in Miami for a 40th birthday girls trip and wanted to spend our last night all together at the house we rented. From my initial contact with Danny until everything was over, he was professional, creative and fun! He took the initiative to send me a menu based on my initial bid before we even hired him. He was very responsive and open to changes, which is key when youre dealing with 11 women! He brought in everything (including Roberto to help him, who was also delightful) and even left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. And every single bite was delicious!! I only wish that I spent more time in Miami so I could hire him again. Thanks, Danny!
