Chef Ruhland was a cherry on the pie of our vacation. First and foremost, he's an incredibly talented chef - he served us a three course meal with grace, while having to improvise with the many shortcomings of our rental home - little cutlery, no table and chairs, not enough plateware, and a tiny domestic kitchen. Additionally - he was able to accommodate all of our modern dietary restrictions: he created beautiful gluten-free and vegetarian menu for 20 people, was incredibly professional, and his meal will be talked about for years to come! Treat yourself and hire Chef Ruhland - he's everything you're looking for in a private chef or caterer.

Chef Cornel did our wedding dinner who was absolutely fabulous. he was very understanding and welling to work with you. The quality , the presentation was like a 5 stars dinner. For sure we will work with him again

I hired Chef Cornel for a small Bachelorette party dinner while in Miami and he was amazing to work with from start to finish! He was so professional and set on making our dinner special from the moment I reached out about two months prior to our dinner. We were looking for a fresh and light dinner that our group of nine would be happy with and Chef Cornel was more than willing to come up with several different menu options for us to choose from. He was also incredibly accommodating to the vegetarian in the group and was able to make her a completely separate meal that she was so happy with. He was also very flexible when it came to our kitchen situation. We were staying in a small Airbnb and we didn't notice that the kitchen was not equipped with an oven (insane, I know) until we arrived and it was two days before Chef Cornel was set to cook for us. After coming by for his walkthrough of the kitchen two days before our dinner and discovering the lack of oven, he quickly determined a back up plan for cooking our meal (cooking the chicken at his own kitchen prior and heating it in a pan over the stove once he arrived at our place). Issues with the kitchen aside, Chef Cornel prepared an amazing meal for us as we got ready for our evening in Miami and was respectful of the tiny space we were all in. After our meal, he was also kind enough to assist us with a few group photos before our evening out. He truly went above and beyond! Overall, it was an amazing meal and great start to our evening! I would definitely consider hiring Chef Cornel again if I'm ever down in the Miami area again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a kind, professional, creative and lovely chef for a dinner or event!

We had a important event in the office and called Cornel to help us with the food. FOOD: DELICIOUS! Price: affordable Quality: outstanding Experience: 5 stars He took care of every detail, he made the event very memorable. He is an excellent chef and also a very charismatic person with great energy. Loved him and his service too. I will definitely call him again for sure! Thank you Cornel. Prost!
