Want personalized home cooked meals that are locally made?
What is your nutrition or health goal?
We have a team of personal cooks who collaborate alongside our nutritionists to build a plan that helps you reach your goals. We'll then cook custom meals for you and send those your way. Customize everything. The oils used, ingredients, recipes, etc.
For many of our customers, we handle all of their meals, snacks, etc. It comes out to be more cost effective than Doordash. Much cheaper than a private chef. We have worked with 60+ people in the Miami community so far!

Just started but just even having communication with a nutritionist that you know is trying to make it so you never have to think about food again is amazing. It’s like having a personal assistant for all your food intake! We all want to eat healthier but it’s really a full time job that I couldn’t outsource before this.
