I met Matthew through a mutual friend when I was attending Toastmasters many years ago. I decided to take up Executive Coaching for my dating life as well as personal self-development. I took an emotional-intelligence screening promptly and from there we would pin-point the areas of my life that would need work and improvement. Matt has a very unique approach in that in our sessions he would help me realize on my own, what my shortcomings were and what the appropriate course of action to fix them. Since my short time working with Matt I've seen major improvements in my dating life, core-confidence, emotional self awareness, and have had great results with my experience with women. The lessons I've learned have changed my perspective on many things. I've learned that sometimes there are roadblocks in our lives that we want to overcome but can't by ourselves; obstacles have kept us stuck in a rut for a long time. For this I highly suggest finding a coach/mentor that can talk you through some of your issues and give you guidance. It's only when we hear things from someone on the outside looking in can we get great insight and grow past our plateau. I highly recommend his services. Matt is a great listener and always goes above and beyond for his clients. He is very flexible and laid back but will keep you accountable. I found Raz's business card at my community gym. I'm 60 years old and I have lived a sedimentary lifestyle. I knew that if I continued this way I would experience many health issues as I got older. The gym was always very daunting place for me. There are so many machines and I was always afraid I was going to injure myself doing the exercises wrong. Raz lisitened to my needs and concerns and crafted an exercise routine that fit me perfectly Two months into my training I now know the proper technique for each exercise and which muscle groups are getting worked out. This knowledge along with Raz's instruction on proper nutrition for my body has increased my core strength, given me body definition, better posture, and a calmer countenance. Each month Raz records my weight and body measurements. I'm extremely happy to say my weight has dropped by 8 lbs and I've lost 2 inches in my waist. Raz even e mails me the next day asking how I'm feeling after yesterday's workout. That showed me he cares. I regard Raz as a great personal trainer, cheerleader, and a friend. Brian has been my personal trainer for over a year. He was very good at motivating me to push hard even on days when I didn't think I could do it. Brian is very knowledgeable with equipment in the gym and what foods and supplements to use or avoid to get the best results. The workouts can be really tough but I saw the results by keeping at it. For losing weight, did combination of weight training with high intensity cardio and Brian told me exactly what to eat and drink before and after the workout to get the most out of the session. I am almost 50 years old yet after a year of training, I feel like 30 years old and feel strong. When you pick Brian as your trainer, he will take care of all the details of what to do and he will make sure you do proper form to get the most out of each exercise. This also includes adjusting the weight based on your current strength level so that it isn't too easy or too hard but challenging based on the reps he is targeting.
Mariana is a really amazing trainer. She always comes to workout sessions with such great energy to put you in a great mood. She pushes you really hard so that you won't give up and you can accomplish your goal in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

After having tried different “personalized” training programs by other fitness coaches (basically a copy paste from an online website) I decided to find someone with some real experience. I can only say good things about her training program, it was ideal for my body type and I started noticing changes in no time. Another great aspect of her program is the nutrition, I love my pizza and burgers (who doesn’t) from time to time but nutrition Is the most important part and sometimes the hardest to attaining your ideal body. She kept me motivated even when I thought I didn’t have anything left in me. Definitely recommended. She’s the best out there.
I went to Beacon Hynotherapy initially to learn pain management and stress reduction. Not only did Maria-Pilar help me with my pain but she helped with weight loss and many other situations in my life. I highly recommend her as my experience has been life changing. She is professional and unlike traditional therapists is not watching the clock during the session. Also, she is kind, personable,and an excellent therapist!

Training with Tommie had literally been life altering. Initially focused on overcoming my hip injuries (bilateral labral tears) and more recently on achieving greater fitness levels. Initially we were training twice a week, and no later than a couple of months into our sessions I increased it to 3 times a week. Additionally, as a result of his work and positive energy I find myself working out on our days off as well. I am a physician in the community and highly recommend Tommie for functional training, in addition to achieving most optimal fitness levels. There are a lot of things we invest in life, and then wonder if it's all worth it in the end. I've been attending Boot Camp at Dariel's and Ladys' "Body Image Personal Fitness" for over a year now and all I can say that: being part of the Boot Camp classes are one of the best things to ever happen to me! Ever since I joined, I lost15lbs and got back to my ideal weight, not to mention that my run times improved by a whole min/mile. I started to feel better about myself and my overall health improved . They are not your typical trainers. When you are training with them, their ENTIRE focus is on you, and your fitness. Both are amazing trainers with many years of experience under their belt and they definitely keeps you on your toes with new workout sessions every class so your body doesn't get used to a certain regime that will result in minimal outcomes. Whenever I felt exhausted with a workout, they would always have something positive to say to encourage me to keep on going. Dariel and Ladys have given me a brand new outlook and appreciation for strength and cardiovascular training and although I still have a ways to go to reach my goal, I have no doubt that they will get me to my goal.
