I offer a price per single training and also deals on packages of 5 or 10 training sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would have a phone call to determine your goals and objectives, also your current body condition, if there are any injuries or limitations. Or if you have a specific goal that you would like to achieve. From there I will create a specialised tailored workout program that we will follow for the agreed amount of time.
