Extremely professional, exceeded expectations, and offered a full solution. We appreciated that they listened to our goals, consulted with expert advice, understood our needs and presented flexible options. They outlined a great solution today, but also guided us to thoughtfully plan ahead as well. This was exactly the type of help we needed. We will use Organize This & That for our next project, the garage. This team tackled our kitchen, closets, bedrooms and home office at a fast pace. The only improvement would’ve been to hire them much sooner! We would highly recommend Kathy and her company for anyone who is ready to turn it over to the experts!

Organize This N That are magicians! Kathy took our messy blank slate of a former office and created a beautifully designed and organized nursery. She handled all the stress and logistics and we were able to walk into a finished room, complete with systems built into every corner to help us navigate new parenthood. Would bring on Organize This N That to do every room in our home!

Kathy with Organize This N That went above and beyond when organizing our nursery after the baby shower. During our initial consultation before the baby shower she gave great feedback on how we could best utilize our existing space (e.g the flow of the room with consideration to closets and changing table) without making significant or expensive Shane’s. After the shower she not only did an excellent job of organizing our existing things from on/in the bookshelf, closet, and dresser; she also unpacked all of the new baby focused things and put them in their new homes and even washed and folded clothing. Helped to quickly transform a chaotic space to a nice and tidy one that we are already spending more time in.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this business. I would go as far to say their work is life changing. I am in shock and awe of how organized everything is. When Kathy came to our home to measure everything for our pantry, she also took a look at our cabinets and drawers. She told us how much more space we could have once we were organized and she was right! We now have an extra drawer and an extra cabinet because of how much space she created with her organization. In just one day, she was able to reorganize our entire kitchen, creating such easy access for everything. We could never find which spices we were looking for, now we can see every single one. We couldn't ever find kitchen utensils we were looking for because they were all jumbled in a drawer. Now, every single food item, kitchen utensil, etc has a home where I can easily find what I'm looking for. We also no longer have a junk drawer because she organized that for us and put everything in organized pouches for us. I highly recommend working with them. She is coming back on Monday to add labels to everything and then I will post before and after photos. Cannot recommend enough!

I wish Thumbtack would let me pick all five of the qualities that I appreciated about Kathy with Organize This N That. She is extraordinary at what she does - we have never been more organized. In just two short sessions, she whipped our kitchen cabinets and large front storage area into a state I could not have imagined. We can find our spices easily now with her labeling idea! Our tupperware lids are no longer falling out all over the floor! Baking supplies and snacks are easier to grab now that they're no longer shoved away in the pantry, too! Kathy's friendliness and professionalism come across in two important ways: she respects your wishes as the client with how you'd like to have things organized while also giving solid advice that builds on your ideas or leaves you grateful for a fresh layout of any of your items. As her client, you can tell she cares for your space with her efficiency and attention to detail. I would hire her again for every part of my house!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organize This N That requires a minimum of 4 hours @ $80 per hour. For larger jobs we offer packages with discounts based on size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an initial phone discussion, followed by an in person consultation of the work needing to be completed. There is a consultation fee of $80, that will be deducted from any service that is scheduled. Once we (client and Organize This N That) determine there is good fit, we will schedule the work to be performed.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a mom of 5 daughters I have always been in this line of work :). From keeping the stress level in the house with 5 girls to a minimum, to moving in and out of dorm rooms/apartments and now helping them step up their own homes to be as functional and as stress free as possible.
