FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a degree is in Mass Communications and for years I worked corporate jobs in the Media, PR and Marketing industry therefore I understand the struggles that people face trying to balance work, family life and their fitness. I battled with my weight for a few years but I discovered health and fitness and over time I got myself into excellent shape. I decided to compete in some fitness competitions and soon my passion for fitness blossomed into a career.I realized that I needed to do something that I truly loved for a living and that includes motivating others to live the best life possible. I had changed my entire life by embracing fitness and began writing about my experience and soon became a contributing author to several health/fitness resources, the co-author of several online programs for women and soon I became a Certified Personal Trainer and began training clients and changing lives!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have helped many weight loss clients clean up their diets and re-train their brain when it comes to food/emotional eating habits. Several of them have not exercised in years, so I specialize in developing custom programs that will suit their lifestyle.
