I'm very reliable and have plenty of experience with all types of individuals from adults to kids, disabled and clients with medical conditions, athletes, advance and beginner level. I was first certified in 1999 and have been working to achieve my client goals from fat loss, toning, strength gains, correcting eating habits, conditioning. I'm also a Paramedic and a Cpr instructor which makes my clients feel more comfortable in case of any medical situation that may arise. I'm certified to train clients with medical conditions, disabilities and pregnancy. Im the owner of Esco Boot Camp in West Kendall which allows me to teach small and large groups. The training also includes body measurements, body fat, before and after pictures. I provide my clients with a nutritional guideline so they can be educated on what they should be eating and what they should avoid. I have a passion for fitness and l love to see that I can make an impact on individuals life. I love to see changes in my clients lifestyle from appearance to self esteem and especially health. I'm very big on proper form while performing the exercises to prevent injuries and achieve maximum results. Kamil Escobar has been my personal trainer for over 5 years. Kamil is a highly experienced , supportive and motivating trainer. I highly recommend training with Kamil. Training with Kamil Has been a life changing experience. He has helped me lose over 50 lbs, gain muscle, given me nutritional guidance and I have been lable to maintain the results I have achieved.

Don't think I could have chosen a better trainer. I went to Kamil after a bad accident not able to fully walk and in a huge funk about it. Not only was he encouraging and put up with me and my antics, but he never gave up on me! Kamil has a strong passion and huge heart for what he does and it really shows. I still have a long way to go, but he did more than helped me exercise better; he helped change mot only my attitude but my body image thinking as well. Definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone! Thanks Kamil!!

Started coming here recently & I'm very happy. Kamil, our trainer, is very knowledgable about proper form & great work outs to not only keep you motivated but keep your body guessing & that way you are guaranteed to loose fat & gain muscle. In other words, get fit, lean & quick (as long as you also maintain a proper diet. In others words, don't run out to Shake Shack after). It's nice to be outside in the park & they provide you with all the equipment from kettle balls, to jump ropes, even a set up of dumb bells. He changes it up every work out. What I appreciate the most about our trainer is that he is a certified paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble, he can spot it right away & help you out. For example, my first session, that day I ate very little carbs & we had an extremely intense but great leg work out (I was sore for several days after). Kamil was able to sense that I was not feeling well & I mentioned I was dizzy. He asked me my symptoms & immediately told me what to do to recover right away. He explained why it happened & how to avoid it. There are 2 sessions to choose from. 1 sessions starts at 6:30-7:30pm then another from 8-9pm. There's talk about another session starting at 5:30. The classes are also from Monday-Thursday so if you come all 4 days, you have 3 days to recover. (Again avoid those burger & fries during your exercise free days. No point in working so hard to loose weight to ruin it over the weekend.) Kamil also stays connected with you via text & on rainy days he informs you where to meet. I was also happy to be able to pay him using pay pal since its easier for me that way. You won't be disappointed coming here. Every one is very nice & of all levels. From really amazing in shape bad ass girls & a few guys to your beginner like me. Your first session is free so give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Kamil is a very knowledgable trainer that pays attention to proper form and he's also a paramedic so if you are ever in any physical trouble or condition where you don't feel good he can help you out right away! He is very creative with the workouts and very motivating! I highly recommend this trainer! Thanks to him I'm in the best shape of my life!!!!

Esco Bootcamp is awesome! Your results will speak for themselves. The trainers are great and will modify exercises is needed. I would recommend it to everyone!
