Introduction: My goal as an Exercise Physiologist is for my clients to leave not only in better physical shape, but mentally as well. My purpose is to help others reach their full potential as a person and personal training is an outlet for the mind. I can guarantee that after training with me, you will feel more confident in yourself and the goals that seemed impossible at first will start becoming achievable. Being an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist qualifies me to conduct and interpret physical fitness assessments and develop exercise prescriptions for individuals who are healthy or have medically controlled diseases. My experience as a Physical Therapy Technician gives me knowledge on a wide range of injuries and medical conditions. This knowledge has prepared me to conduct exercise programs that help to prevent injuries as well as continuing exercise after rehab. Interning with the Strength and Conditioning coaches at UCF has given me an insight into athletics at one of the highest levels. As a former athlete and intern I have all the knowledge it takes to get an athlete past their personal plateaus. I love helping others reach their full potential. I am big dreamer and my job is complete when a client leaves more confident in themselves, feeling like they can accomplish anything they put their minds to.

My name is Laura and I met Kasey through a friend. I'm someone who's never played a sport or been someone whose committed to the gym. I wanted to lose some weight and seeked help from Kasey. He personally trained me at the UCF gym and started me off by doing conditioning for a few weeks. As time time passed by, he mixed up the exercises, added more weight or something new. If someone wanted to get fit or just live a healthier lifestyle, I would HIGHLY recommend Kasey!! When I started my workout I couldn't even do a push-up and I felt out of breath, but with his help and motivation, I can now proudly say that I can do 3 sets of 15 push-ups, run, bike AND do stairs for 20 minutes each. Not only did I discover things that I didn't even know I was capable of, but he's also taught me to eat better and healthier. Kasey is someone who truly enjoys seeing people do better and has a passion for what he does. So far he's been training me for 5 months and I've definitely seen results. Can't wait to see what future exercises Kasey has for me :) Trust me folks, workout with Kasey and you will not regret it!!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    I have a variety of prices. They range from $25-$85. I offer one on one training, partner training, group training as well as customized monthly workout plans. I also have a lot of incentives and discounts. I offer discounts to clients that purchase their sessions in bulk. I have discounts for teachers, students, etc. I also make customized packages that can fit your budget. There is no excuse to living a healthy life.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    All new clients receive a complimentary fitness assessment. This is gives me an opportunity to go over their goals and assess their physical strengths and weaknesses. I will put the client through a series of movements to test their biomechanics. After that I determine what route I should take when it comes to their training program.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am apart of many health related organizations that keep me updated on industry standards. I also read multiple new articles everyday that keep my mind with fresh health and exercise related news. I am a physical therapy technician at ProformPT which is a privately owned physical therapy clinic. I use my knowledge from this job to assist me with my business. I understand injuries and how to prevent them, and if an injury presents itself, i know how to handle it.
