For price specific packages, ************************************* to provide them the exact pricings for the training packages. All training packages are non-refundable once the training package starts. If the customer has to put a hold on the training sessions due to travel, work, or anything else that they can't continue at the moment, the remaining training sessions will be put on hold as credit for the customer to use up within 6 months from the time of purchase. After the 6 month mark expires the sessions will expire and the customer would have to purchase a new training package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
******************************************* to discuss their needs and goals. From there we would schedule a one time training session to see how they are at their current fitness level and which package they would like to purchase. Once the client is ready to move forward we will start the training packages. If I can't train the client I'll have another trainer from my gym train the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). I graduated from Florida International University (FIU) with a Bachelors in Psychology. I have been training clients for the past 5-6 years now and I have helped various clients of all different backgrounds. My extensive background as an athlete has helped me tremendously to help other people meet their fitness needs and training for martial arts. I have done track and field, cross-country wrestling an judo during my high school years. I managed to be District Champion, 2nd Place in the Region and placed 6th at the State Championships in wrestling all in one year. I started judo at the age of 6 and my accomplishments include being two-time senior men’s national champion, two-time world team member, 3rd Place at the Judo Pan-American Championships, placing in many World Cup tournaments and being ranked number 34 in the world. I am currently a third degree black belt (Sandan) and have been training in judo for over 20 years now. All of this training and competition background has helped me gather all of the knowledge necessary to transform ones body into the best version that they can possibly be.
