After adjusting to a meal plan, cutting out negative parts of a lifestyle, and adding routine and individually prescribed exercise, my favorite part of the process is to see the change and excitement in each client as if they were to be meeting a new and reinvented version of themselves. It is truly the most rewarding part of the process. I thoroughly enjoy the personalities and various combinations of people that I encounter through the job. No combo should be given up on, and I'm here to cheer, scorn, and salute you daily for at least showing up and trying to help me help you. I enjoy the intensity, the pain, the changes, and the gains. Ivanna is an amazing trainer! Always encouraging and pushing me to limits that I didn't know you had. I recommend her 150%! She helps with your diet and creates personalized workouts. She is very reliable and beyond kind! She is focused on helping achieve your goals, being healthy mind and body, and encourages you immensely! The gym is excellent! All the trainers are encouraging and very welcoming. Beyond happy with my decision of training with Ivanna. Recommend her with my eyes closed!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My rate is $25/hr for individual sessions. There is a $10 fee for each added individual to the session. Couples and group sessions are available upon request.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Before we start on our journey through an individuals program we begin with body assessments and measurements. Our next step is coming up with a nutritional program to follow for the next X amount of time. Nutrition is 80% of your results so it is vital to stay dedicated. Next, we will map out the volume and frequency of our training sessions. And finally, once all is planned, we maintain a good sense of communication to ensure results and a strong client-trainer relationship.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness. I also teach athletic training classes and one-on-one clients at Legendary Fitness Miami, Monday-Saturday.
