- How did you get started doing this type of work?
From a young age, I developed a real passion for health and fitness. I grew up in a small town where most people, especially kids my age in high school, weren’t really taking care of themselves. While others were going down that path, I felt called to do the opposite. I started a fitness Instagram page to share my journey, and it took off pretty quickly. I began getting attention from supplement and clothing companies, and more importantly, from people in my own community who were looking for guidance. Friends and classmates started asking for help, so I began meeting them at the gym after school to train and support them. That’s when I realized this was more than just a hobby for me. Coaching gave me a sense of purpose. Watching people change their lives, one step at a time, was (and still is) incredibly fulfilling. It’s what made me want to turn this into a full-time mission, and I’ve never looked back.
