Master Ronny helped me train MMA like a real fighter. I lost about 15 pounds in 5 weeks following his routine. I would definitely recommend him to someone who wants to have fun, learn self defense, and improve their physical fitness. Master Ronny is everything you need to get healthy! My only tip is don't give up and push yourself harder to get the result you need.
