- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are set on packages and frequency of training. I offer one and half hour training as wells as partner and small group training. The more sessions you buy they more you save! Depending on your lifestyle, we can work together to help you get the best rates. I can offer a free session for first time clients then we can do a 3 pack special for $150.00, then 10 sessions for $630.00. I am also be flexible on packages and prices so it is better to call and we can help find the best solutions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process includes a free introductory session, which will consist of: 1. Getting to know the client. 2. What are the client goals. 3. The training history of the client ie. experience and have they worked with a trainer before. 4. Health history of the client. 5. Dietary habits and foods allergies 6. Past injuries or medical conditions. We will go through a fitness assessment to measure the client's fitness level and how well they move. From there we can discuss pricing, options and frequency of training. We take care of everything for you and give you the roadmap to your success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in exercise and sports science from Nova Southeastern University. I also have top certifications by the National Strength and Conditioning's Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and International Society of Sport Nutrition Certified Sports nutritionist. Each certification requires one to have at least a 4 year degree in the exercise science field. No weekend certifications here!
