- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of this program will vary differ for each person but there will be a similar framework. To start there will be an initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals, long and short term. I will ask you about your health history and fitness experience, and finally I will take some photos, your measurements and a basic fitness test. This session is free if yoy buy the package of 10 sessions.Following this I will take consideration of your aims and symptoms and will draw up a programme of necessary changes. I will design a plan to address your weaknesses and measure your advancement through the coming weeks and months. What Is The Next Step? After first session, I will send you a personalized exercise program and a diet plan. We will modify those as goals are met. We will schedule the next session to start

My service is suitable to all those wishing to make the most out of the practice of any physical and sporting activities , both outdoors and in the gym or in the comfort of your home or office , regardless initial physical condition and provided there are no factors that totally discourage the practice of physical exercise.
