Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. If I were my customer, I would like to know what the secret is to maintaining a fit and healthy body.
Well the inside secret is...there is no secret!

We let you know everything you need to know to get the desired results! There are a few important points: EDUCATION, PLANNING, CONSTANCY and GETTING IT DONE!

By EDUCATING yourself about the right foods to eat and when to eat them, and when and how to exercise, you can begin PLANNING by taking control of your bad habits and turn them around into positive ones! Plan your food and your work outs! Be CONSISTENT! Not for a few months, bu for life..yes! The worst thing you can do is "yo-yo" your weight up and down. Decide you are going to change for the better and GET IT DONE! Plan and stick to your food, and if you have a gym membership or an appointment with a Personal Trainer, GO! Being there is half your success!

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our trainers are certified and experienced! We are equipped like a gym, yet you have the privacy of a personal studio! We make sure you are getting results while guiding and teaching you the proper and safe way to exercise, while encouraging you to progress and improve, work out after work out.
Most large chain gyms have newly certified trainers who may not have the expertise that our trainers have. Other studios have trainers that push you too hard and you end up injuring yourself. You may not want to trust your body to just anyone!
We offer a free first session so you can try us out with no obligation, and we offer no contracts, and no monthly membership fees!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. What I like most about my job is training clients and seeing that they gain knowledge and obtain results from the training and education that we give them here.
They practically come in knowing little or wrong information about exercise and nutrition, and gain better understanding of how the body works. I like it when they then relay this information to their spouse or co workers and encourage them to do the same!
I also enjoy learning more about new and exciting ways to exercise and I bring this information to our clients through their work outs! Another thing that is enjoyable is meeting new people in the industry, and seeing what new exciting things they are doing and implementing that in our studio, so we are always progressing and improving our methods!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers mostly ask us how many times they should train in the week in order to see results. A variety of factors come into play to know how often and how hard you should train: How long have you been exercising for? What results are you hoping to acquire? What is your over all health? We always advise to check with your doctor to make sure you are healthy enough to exercise!
Depending on your previous experience, you should start off slowly and work up to your goals, especially if it’s been a while since you were at the gym.

Typically, it's good to combine strength training (weights) with cardiovascular exercise. We usually start our clients with 2-3 times a week and work in other days once you are stronger.
