FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually do packages for my sessions, which can be discussed one to one.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically begin my session with a dynamic warm up which includes muscle confusion style exercises and stretching; which lasts about 15-20 minutes. Right after the warm up, I go right into technique which includes pad drills, technical drills, self defense drills, reality based drills, even more conditioned based drills if possible. Finally, I like to condition the abdominal muscles, since martial arts movements are all based on the core and hip movements.
