I have had to leave on vacation on the spur of the movement and I have been able to contact them and they have always been available to receive my dogs. I know my dogs are well taken care of. I see it in the pictures and videos they send me and also when I drop them off they are happy to go. I don’t trust my dogs with anyone as they are my babies but I love the environment in which they are being watched in.
