- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
20% discount on all Miami, Fl first time customers. By frequently working with vendors we can get more accesible prices from them and be able to lowers overall costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is a call to know the details of the event, like decor style, dates, expectations, wants and needs and budget. Then a mood board and estimate is given to the client and if modifications are needed they will be done; if estimate and mood board accepted then we’ll proceed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many years of event planning. Experience is the best teacher.
