- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
• Lesson pricing varies based on lesson length and format (in-person or online). • Online lessons are offered at reduced rates compared to in-person instruction. • Payment is required 24 hours before the scheduled lesson to reserve your lesson slot. • Same-day cancellations are charged the full lesson fee. • In-home lessons are offered within a limited service radius of 33155. • All new students begin with a brief consultation before booking ongoing lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a brief phone call consultation where we discuss musical goals, experience level, learning style, scheduling, and what the student hopes to achieve through lessons. From there, I create a structured learning plan tailored to the individual student. I commonly use method books such as Faber Piano Adventures, Adult Piano Adventures, and Alfred’s Essentials of Music Theory to build strong foundations in technique, reading, rhythm, and musicianship. While I value structured curriculum, I also take a personalized approach and encourage students to explore music they enjoy. Students interested in learning specific songs or pieces outside of lesson books are welcome to incorporate those goals into their instruction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree in Music Business from the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami, with piano as my primary focus. My background combines formal musical training with experience teaching students across different ages, skill levels, and musical interests. My education emphasized musicianship, technique, performance, and structured learning approaches, which I incorporate into personalized lessons tailored to each student’s goals and learning style.
