I had such a great experience with Camilo. I needed my home and patio pressure cleaned, and he went over and beyond to remove debris/rug to thoroughly clean my patio. The turf looked brand new again. I didn’t need to be home and he promptly finished the job within 2 hours. I will be recommending him to friends!

We hire sunshine pressure wash to clean our patio and drive way pavers and they did an excellent job Im happy I try them out. The staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely using them again!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Our pricing is based on average square feet of the property. We also take into consideration the dirtiness of the job, the type of surface being cleaned, and what chemical needs to be applied to get the job done effectively. We also give our first time customers 10% off their order.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  New customer process is as followed, we offer remote estimates so the first thing we ask for is the address of the customer, then pictures of the job they need cleaned. We take an average measurement of the square footage and quote them based on our pricing factors.

• How did you get started doing this type of work?

  We have approximately 5 years of experience under our belt. We started pressure cleaning our families houses then word of mouth went around that we had started this business. Families houses become their friends houses and so on and so forth.
