We match prices and even try to go lower to show our commitment to being the best in South Florida.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will arrange what work needs to be done, i will schedule the client in and our team will show up on time or slightly before. Our team will announce their presence and say hi to the home owner / property manager. Then we complete the work. Some jobs are quick and some are more tedious. Once the quality of work we deliver is up to par, we then have a quick walk through with our clients (if available) and record any pictures. We like to see the reactions of home owners when their house has been brought back to life in color and looks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is a course that we recommend all of our techs to take. It engages in property safety with chemical cleanings for roofs, as well as other important safety factors that important to note. The techniques vary, we use common techniques that are practiced within the field. We have dedicated a lot of time to mixing our formulas correctly and property safety.
