During our conversation, we discovered that we had both lived and worked in the DMV area, which made me feel even more comfortable. Marcelo is an active listener who carefully considers your concerns and feedback before assigning the investigator he believes is the best fit for your situation.

Marcelo is very professional and quick to respond. He explained his experience and the process behind my request-background check/missing person. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As stated in the introduction, the team is composed mainly of former Law Enforcement / Military officers with decades of real-world expertise and experience. The Owner is a former Law Enforcement officer with a Master’s degree in Emergency & Disaster Management and a BS in Criminal Justice. He has approximately 20 years of experience in both the public / private sector. The lead investigator is also an educated, seasoned, retired NYPD detective that holds a BS in Criminology and has well over 35years of experience.
