I can’t thank Martell Services enough! Another plumber told me I had a major problem with my pipes and quoted me $5,000 to fix it. I decided to get a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. My experience with Jose was bone and beyond. He was not too much concerned about making the money; but he educated in as u h a way to make a better decision. In addition, I went to get some parts at Home Depot. To ensure I had the right parts, he met there in the plumbing aisle. His service is top class.

I had a main drain blockage. Jose was very responsive when I initially reached out. He provided a timeframe he would be available to respond and was punctual. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again in the future with any plumbing issues.

I had a great experience with this Jose Martell. He replaced my old toilet with a new one and handled everything smoothly from start to finish. He showed up on time, was professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. The installation was clean and efficient, and he made sure everything was working properly before leaving.
