Jose did a fantastic job replacing our broken vanity faucet! He arrived on time, was highly professional, and diagnosed exactly what needed to be done. Not only did he do a great job installing the new faucet, but he was incredibly neat and left everything perfectly clean afterward. Fair pricing and top-tier service. I’d definitely hire him again. I had a main drain blockage. Jose was very responsive when I initially reached out. He provided a timeframe he would be available to respond and was punctual. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again in the future with any plumbing issues.

my experience with Martell services was incredible Jose responded almost immediately and came to my apartment and checked out the problem and gave me a free estimate. His prices were much lower than any other quote I had gotten which was great. My building made him jump through hoops as far as paperwork and he was professional and made everything available to them. My problem turned out to be a little bit more complicated and Jose took the time and effort to make sure it was resolved completely. He is professional and punctual. He cares about his clients and he really cares about doing the best job possible. I have worked with a lot of plumbers in the past, Martell services is by far the best company I have ever come across. If you need a good honest plumber who won't try to price gouge you, definitely call Martel Services. You will not be disappointed, You will be very glad you did.
