Great experience with Mr Martell. He came at the time scheduled, found the issue with a main broken pipe connected to the outside meter, spent more time in the repair than anticipated due to a difficult dig around the meter box, and after a hard work which I witnessed, he maintained his initial quote. I will call him again with any plumbing issues I might encounter in the future.

We are so pleased with Jose and I thank God that we selected him to install our toilet. He was quick to respond. The price he quoted over the phone was the price he quoted when he finished. Je was able to come within 2 hours of our initial contact. He had to run to the store to get another hose as the one that came with the toilet was too short, and he didn't complain or make excuses. I appreciate his honesty. He added hand rails and had no problem with figuring it out. I see why he has a 5 star rating. It was a pleasure using Jose. Martell Services is the plumbing company to use!

Jose was amazing! First, he responded quickly and scheduled a time for the appointment. He showed up 45 mins early and got right to work. He told me all the materials that were needed, explained the job, and went to Home Depot to pick up the materials that were missing. He installed 2 new P-traps because my sink drains and garbage disposal did not align to the new sink drain hole. He hooked up the garbage disposal and examined the dishwasher hookup so that it was hooked up to the garbage disposal. The total job was completed within 2 hours without any leaks. The quote he provided was cheaper than all others and the quality of his work was spectacular! I would definitely hire Jose again. He is honest, does quality work, responds quickly, shows professionalism, and the value is better than you can imagine. Don't hesitate - hire him right away!
