Peter exceeded my expectations on all fronts. Before we even met in person, he advised me on things that I should look at in this home given its unique location and year built. This was before I even decided to hire him. Peter arrived on time and assessed every single thing thoroughly. He even checked on items outside of the standard inspection list to make sure all bases were covered. Peter was in no rush and carefully explained the good, bad, and ugly of every element in the home. Unlike his peers in this field, Peter is a former plumber, which came in handy. He was able to diagnose the root cause of a piping problem more precisely than a general inspector with no prior plumbing experience. Call him and you’ll know what I mean. Great value for money.

If you don’t know anyone who has had inspection work done, look online for service providers with a good track record. In addition to this, call and ask for an in person estimate, which helps you get a better more accurate price. I give free estimates in my area!
