- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Every estimate is customized based on roof type, size, and material — no hidden fees. We also include permit costs, debris removal, and wood replacement allowances up front so there are no surprises later. From time to time we offer seasonal promotions or discounts for veterans, first responders, and multi-home projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by scheduling a quick on-site or virtual inspection to understand the roof’s condition and your specific needs. Then we provide a detailed written proposal outlining scope, materials, timeline, and warranty options. Once approved, we handle permitting, scheduling, material delivery, and keep you updated through every phase — from tear-off to final inspection. You’ll always deal directly with our team, not a middleman.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a state-licensed roofing contractor (CCC1330874) and a GAF-certified installer, allowing us to offer upgraded System Plus warranties directly through GAF. Our crew members are OSHA-trained and follow all Florida Building Code requirements. With over a decade of hands-on experience across thousands of roofs, we combine training, skill, and safety to deliver top-tier results.
