I first contacted Emmanuel C.S.M.S Roofing and Carlos the Owner last year when I began looking at procuring a new roof. I decided not to do the roof last year, but decided to go ahead and do it this year. So, I contacted Carlos due to the impact he made on me when we discussed the roof last year. He certainly remembered me and what the job entailed for my house. The job came with a challenge of a quick deadline for completion. So, I was blown away when Carlos moved “Heaven & Earth to get the job started and completed on time. It was an extraordinary effort undertaken by him; and it left me quite impressed. Carlos and the company work very methodically. The process is very organized from contract to project completion. I was updated throughout the process on the job status, including pertinent drone pics provided of the roof. Carlos is very personable and he is a good, fair businessman. He cares intently about his work and according to my experience; cares greatly about his customers. The shingle roof turned out magnificent and the company backs it with a strong warranty. The value and craftsmanship are top notch. The workers were very thorough, neat and Carlos was right there throughout the process. So, I’m quite pleased with the results. I was just looking for a competent, quality roof at a great value and ended up with a magnificent roof and a truly memorable experience.

I wanted to congratulate you on the wonderful job you did on my roof. The look of the finished product is great. What I Liked was how friendly, competent and responsible your team was in getting the job done. They cleaned up each day without destroying any plants. All stuff was put away at the end of the day. Carlos was great and was on top of everything always kept it on point with keeping me well informed every step of the way I have no reservations about recommending you to anyone!
