I am very happy with my experience with A Green Contractors Corp. It was my first time having to do a a roof. I was very hesitant at first but upon speaking with Yrvin, I instantly realize I was dealing with a reputable company. He came to meet me along with his wife and kept me updated during the entire process. I feel very fortunate my roof is fully completed and I couldn't be any happier. The entire process went very smooth even if there was a small hiccup due to issues beyond their controls, Yrvin always reassured me and took actions to address it.

The project took about 4.5 months. This is probably pretty normal with all the permit requirements in Coral Springs and Broward county. We ran into a few snags along the way, but in the end all was good and the roof looks great. Pedro was super responsive to all my calls and texts, too, which was super helpful and very much appreciated.

I contracted with A Green Contractors to replace a shingle roof with a clay tile roof including fascia/soffit replacement and double underlayment. To be honest, the project was off to a slow start. There were some issues with the permit which caused delays. But once those issues were resolved, A Green Contractors came through beautifully. The crew worked self-directed, they knew what they were doing, and they did everything according to specification. The material deliveries were well-coordinated; there were no mistakes, no shortcuts and no corner-cutting. I was also glad that the workers took sufficient breaks in the shade to avoid heat exhaustion in the hot August sun. They cleaned up at the end of each day and were respectful with my property. In short, they were responsible, respectful, consistent in their work and delivered outstanding quality work. I am pleased beyond expectation. Like everybody else I had heard the warnings about roofers and I was apprehensive about the job. But A Green Contractors does not fit the “bad roofer” stereotype. They were honest in their dealings with me. While I don’t believe a job as important as a roof should be decided on price alone, they came in 20% below another roofer’s quote. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are a bit different than most contractors, because our sister company(A Green Manufacturer’s) is a Lumber and Roofing supply. We get materials at wholesale prices. So we can give you a better price than normal per square, specially how expensive materials are right now. while still being able to cover all of our costs and employee needs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Listen to Customers needs/wants 2. Give Estimate based on information provided, and after measuring and taking an in depth look at the Roof to see what is needed. 3. Sign City paperwork to submit permit 4. Start Roof 5. Pass inspections 6. Complete Roof and make sure customer is Satisfied:)
