- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to have a call with the clients and understand what is needed and I can explain the details about the details of what we will use. We will recommend what materials will work best for the client's financial situation and for what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working for 30 years on roofs and have been the superintendent of many large projects. Our company has had training in working on roofs, shingles, carpentry, sheet metal, stucco installation, and waterproofing. We also are working on more training for managing finances.
