What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have competitive and fair pricing. In addition, we are offering a 5% discount to the first five customers that we get through Tumbtack. We offer free estimates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make the customer's experience as simple and easy as possible. We meet with them and go over the process from A to Z and answer any questions they may have and provide a clear estimate and schedule for the work to be completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a State of FLorida Roofing License and we are also liscensed General Contractors. We are OSHA 30 certified and fully insured roofing and general contractors. We have expertise in all roofing areas - with experienced project managers working as part of our team.
