If you're considering a custom closet, stop looking and call Closet Direct. We couldn't be happier with our experience!From the very beginning, Sid took the time to truly listen to what we wanted. He didn't just design a beautiful closet, he created a space that is incredibly functional with no wasted space. Every inch was thoughtfully planned.Since we were out of town during part of the process, we trusted Sid to select the stone countertop for the dresser, and he absolutely nailed it. The piece he chose perfectly complements our home's style and the Black Tie color finish we chose for the closet. It truly looks even better in person than the photo he sent us and better than we imagined.Communication throughout the project was outstanding. Sid kept us informed every step of the way, so we always knew what was happening.A huge shout-out to Sid, Leymert, and Cory. They deserve huge accolades. They were professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly take pride in their craftsmanship. They worked seamlessly together and completed everything within the timeframe they promised, without sacrificing quality.Now for something that really stood out to us...we'll admit we're self-proclaimed germaphobes. Not clinically.but enough that most people definitely would probably notice. Instead of making us feel awkward about it, they graciously accommodated us by wearing shoe covers every time they walked through our home and thoroughly cleaning up after themselves each day. That level of respect and customer care speaks volumes about the kind of people they are.The quality of their work is exceptional. Every detail, from the cabinetry and lighting to the glass doors and overall fit and finish, turned out beautifully. Looking at the before-and-after photos almost doesn't seem real.We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. In fact...we love it so much that we almost don't want to put our things inside. We just want to look at it. We joked that we're going to have a charcuterie board, a bottle of wine, and light a few candles in there before we start filling it up with clothing and other items.We're now shopping for the perfect chandelier, rug, and bench because this closet deserves the best complimentary finishing decor pieces to achieve the total look we are aiming for that will let the custom closet shine.We've had larger custom closets in previous homes, but this is hands down our favorite. It's not about the size, it's about the thoughtful design, incredible craftsmanship, and attention to detail.The pictures honestly don't do it justice. The integrated lighting, glass doors, crown molding at the top, and custom finishes make it feel more like a luxury boutique than a closet. Every time we walk by, we stop just to admire it.If you're looking for a company that is honest, talented, communicative, professional, and genuinely cares about delivering an outstanding product, Closet Direct is the one.We recommend them with complete confidence and will absolutely be calling them again for future projects.In today's world, it's becoming harder to find companies that truly care about craftsmanship, integrity, and customer service.
