Service like Leo’s truly deserves recognition and success!!! Let me explain… I texted Leo about issues I was having with my pool, he called immediately and came by to check out the problem 1/2 hour later. He realized it was not a big issue and offered to fix it right there… went to his car, got his toolbox and explained what I had wrong with my pool pump and timer. I could tell he was knowledgeable in the topic of pools, and went above and beyond to fix it quickly and since it was something he found simple he didn’t even charge me, Although he could have taken advantage of the fact that I knew nothing of what he was fixing, he chose not to… He also quoted me a very fair price for pool maintenance. The pricing varies depending on several facts such as pool/spa size, condition, surroundings, and location. For this particular reason, I prefer traveling to the customer's location so I can visualize what I am going to be working with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I travel to the customer's location and give them a free estimate in which I analyze the situation and explain the procedure to the customer while I educate them on the issue.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and Certified Pool Inspector (CPI). I also have Certification for Swimming Pool Equipment Repairs.
I have been working for almost 7 years on the pool field and also worked on construction as an Electrician Assistant.
