- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My travel planning and travel concierge services are free to my clients. I am paid by commission that is naturally built into all travel, whether you book through me, directly through the travel supplier or another online booking agent. The only difference is that you have someone that knows you, someone you can call if there is an issue and someone that will handle everything for you should you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start the process, I love to talk to my clients either on the phone, in person for coffee or online. Then, I have a quick inquiry form that helps me to better understand their needs and helps me to start the travel search.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I train with and personally visit the resorts and destinations I recommend. This provides you with first-hand knowledge on the resorts’ amenities. This includes: wedding offerings, food, pools, spas and activities. I study and get to know the local culture, offerings outside the resort and always provide helpful travel tips before you go. I have many expert and specialist certifications in a variety of destinations and resorts/hotels.
